About us

A front-end channel for cross-border commercial disputes

The Belt and Road Türkiye Commercial Dispute Working Group is established under the Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution (BJADR) and the Beijing ADR Mediation & Arbitration Chambers Sharing Platform.

We focus on China–Türkiye cross-border commercial matters and adopt ADR as the preferred path, following the principle of giving priority to non-litigation dispute resolution mechanisms.

Our lawyers and mediators know both Chinese commercial law and Turkish commercial rules.

How we can help

From first consultation to an enforceable result, with coordinated support in both China and Türkiye.

01

Mediation & Settlement

Front-end mediation of cross-border commercial disputes. We organise consultations and negotiations between the parties to reach a settlement agreement.

02

Legal Advice & Risk Prevention

Legal consultation, preliminary case assessment, identification of cross-border transaction risks and preventive transaction plans — stopping disputes at the source.

03

Mediation–Arbitration–Litigation Linkage

After mediation we assist with judicial or arbitral confirmation so the agreement becomes legally enforceable. If mediation fails, you may proceed to arbitration or litigation, with coordinated agency and liaison services in both China and Türkiye.

04

Enforceable Outcomes

Settlements can be submitted to the agreed arbitration institution for an arbitral award or ruling, or, under Chinese law, to the competent court for a judicial ruling.
